ABP Opinion Poll Live Updates Assembly Election 2018: With less than a month to go for Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh and the political parties upping the ante against each other, ABP News on Thursday conducted a pre-poll survey to gauge the public opinion of the electorate ahead of the crucial polls. Voting will be held in a single phase in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan on November 28 while Chhattisgarh will have a two-phased election on November 12 and 20. The BJP and the Congress will face head on in Madhya Pradesh (230 seats), Rajasthan (200) and Chattisgarh (90), where the saffron is in power. Counting of votes in all the states will be done on December 11. A survey conducted by ABP News-CVoter last month has predicted that the Congress may return to power in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh after a gap of 15 years and will make a comeback in Rajasthan, where Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje seems to be struggling against a strong anti-incumbency factor. The survey predicted 122 seats for the Congress in the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly and 47 seats for the opposition party in the 90-member Chhattisgarh Assembly. The BJP has been projected to bag 108 and 40 seats in these two states respectively. The opinion poll has said that the Congress is likely to win 142 seats in Rajasthan against the BJP's 56.
