Seren Capital Private Ltd is the Book Running Lead Manager, while Purva Sharegistry and Mansi Share & Stock Broking handle registrar and market-making duties respectively. With 35% shares reserved for retail, 15% for NIIs, and 50% for QIBs, the IPO is set to list on June 23, 2025.
