Mahindra’s XUV700 Ebony Edition delivers a bold twist on its already premium SUV line-up. Starting at ₹ 19.64 lakh (ex-showroom), it’s only available in the top AX7 and AX7 L seven-seater, front-wheel-drive trims. 

On the outside, it features a Stealth Black finish, blacked-out grille inserts, black ORVMs, and newly minted 18-inch black alloy wheels. Contrasting touches like silver skid plates front and rear add visual relief. Inside, the ambience shifts to an all-black theme: black leatherette upholstery with contrast stitching, dark chrome trims, AC vents and console accents, plus a light grey roof liner to balance the darkness. Mechanically, it retains the same 2.0-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines with manual or automatic gearboxes—no performance changes
